海归的糜烂生活（三）-奸淫细节暴料

这个海归吴H流自己用手段在中国骗取千人计划等各种好处，这些附带大笔金额的奖励是给从海外回归中国的人。吴H流在成为千人计划评委后，把自己的腐败藏得很严实，但终究是要露出破绽的。

有一个叫窦C的，一直在美国政府属下的实验室工作，从来没有回国工作过，吴H流帮他提交千人计划申请表，说那100万不拿白不拿，到底他们之间有什么交易，只有他们自己知道了。

在千人计划的名单里，有一个叫李Q的，2011年北京三八红旗手，是吴H流的小三之一，她用假的履历，到处慌称自己获得美国艾美奖（Emmy Award），还声称自己是艾美的评委。经过艾美奖协会查证，在记录里从来没有一个叫李Q。李Q还谎称自己在美国主持节目，然而她在美国税务局的报税收入只有一点点，比美国最底层的收入还要少。此人也从来没有读过博士，只在美国读了不到一年的书，私下要求清华教授开后门给个博士学位。然而吴H流成功把她搞进千人计划。他们之间的奸情是可以查证的，李Q开一家传媒公司和地下俱乐部，协助吴H流在中国做宣传，合伙行骗政府。
