莫迪当政

以前对印度经济关注不少，因为印度跟中国很较劲，莫迪上台后，是个对手。不过时日一长，印度经济越发如火如荼，而中国经济还是死水一潭，大家都觉得没劲，忘了了事。
 
不过印度说是说增长势头不减少当初，印象是本质上的经济结构其实没改，如土地、税制等，官僚体制一般臃肿、腐败，基本解决基础还是艰难重重，如医疗、水源、能源电力、交通，甚至简单的卫生营养，莫迪也是无可奈何，实在难以觉得此种趋势能将印度带到何年何月。
 
 
时值莫迪执政中期，没想到莫迪还打算大肆庆祝，由此，媒体也加以报道，我也顺便率略一下，好有个认识。

One of the prime minister’s many drives is the ‘Make in India’ campaign, which is aimed at getting local and international manufacturers to make more within India. He inaugurated the ‘Make in India’ week in Mumbai in February 2016 in front of the logo of the campaign, a mechanical lion.
 
In his first two years in office, Mr. Modi met with President Obama repeatedly in the U.S., India and elsewhere as a way to signal the South Asian nation’s growing importance in the world. In this photo, the two chat during an important climate change conference in France in November 2015.
 
Mr. Modi met his match in April 2016 in the form of a wax statue of himself. The replica was transported to New Delhi for a private viewing by Madame Tussauds, which will have copies on display in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok.
