My Appeal to Russia for the Rescue

This afternoon, I was emailing another appeal letter to the Consulate General of Russia in New York at their address [e-mail]. Since I am afraid that my email connection may be actually monitored and restricted, I publicize the following email for a public appeal to Russia. I do NOT want to be murder-attempted and then die of nothing, no matter how powerful the perpetrators are.

Good Afternoon, Respectful Russian Consulate in New York,

 

I emailed last year, and I called this morning to [phone], [phone], and [phone], and was able to talk for minutes with a lady on the phone. 

 

Basically, it's about the possibility to obtain a humanitarian visa to Russia mainly for proper diagnosis such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging on my Central Nervous System. My head and spine had been seriously injured during a series of premeditated and coordinated murder-attempts veiled as workplace accident(s) and then as medical "diagnoses" and "treatments" in New York City. The health sequelae have become broader to affect almost all systems of my whole body, and severer for me to sense the nearing of (sudden) death. Would the Russian consulate be able to help establish a connection with a reliable Russian medical service for me? The American System is believed to be the perpetrators, and the New York government agencies have been acting their ways to cover up their murderous crimes and to wait for me to suffer from and die of the serious injuries.

 

This is not a hallucination; This is not a fiction. If Russia has the interest in saving my life, then would you please give me a response first? So I will then substantiate my urgent and serious appeal for help.
