【今日房贷利率】CA, FL, GA, IL, MD, TX, VA, WA - 2022年3月24日星期四

SUMMARY:今天(2022年3月24日星期四)美房贷二级市场的利率价格和昨天相比基本持平。目前加州30年固定的零费用重贷利率仍维持在4.5%的高位,15年固定仍为3.875%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率为4.375% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 4.424%),15年固定为3.625% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 3.709%)。

即便房贷利率已创过去两年的新高,但在当前高启的通货膨胀率下,贷到就是赚到!这也是目前仍有许多人从增值的房产中通过cash-out refinance来套现,取出的钱用来继续投资或准备未来各类资产的抄底。至于现在稍高的利率,则可等到将来利率回落后再通过refi来把利率降下来。
